Just a good slogan that descibes what this despicable industry is all about - money, family destruction and human rights abuse - at the expense of the every day mum and dad, and their children.

These people don't solve problems but make problems.

1. They are NOT qualified to discuss what's best for your children

2. They are not qualified to give proper FINANCIAL ADVICE - They are interested in dragging out the process and taking a substantial piece of your family asset pool. They do deals with the opposite lawyers and play both parties off. These people send many people to bankruptcy.

THEY ARE SMUG AND ARROGANT AND PLAY IN A SYSTEM THAT THEY MANIPULATE AGAINST YOU - dealing with small time irrelvant issues. Large Corporates can do large commercial transactions in a few weeks and sometimes days. Family lawyers deal with nickel and dime stuff and take a big piece of your major asset, usually the Family Home. They take two years on average to do this, usually not going to trial but settling on the steps. This is sloppiness, inefficiency and gross incompetency at its best, and these guys flog themselves at the Family Law Court cafes telling you how fantastic they are and how they know the system and drink morning coffees with the Judges. WANKERS - COMPLETE FLOGGERS. SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED COIN AND GO TO NOT FOR PROFIT MEDIATION. DO NOT ENGAGE FAMILY LAWYERS. THESE PEOPLE WILL LEAVE YOU ON THE STREET AND WILL FACILITATE THE REMOVAL OF YOUR CHILDREN!

Sad but true!! If this applied to any other part of society it would be regarded as discrimnation far worse then sexual or racial. If I were advising a newly seperated father what he should do it would be to avoid courts at all costs asin the end you will not achieve the out come you desire, if you can't reconcile your differences with youex and arrange reasonale contact as hard as it is you may as well walk away and wait till the kids are old enough to decide not easy when they are very young but teenagers should beable to make their own minds up!
My sons live 1/2 a mile away and the schools are betwwen the 2 homes but as they are 12 and 9 are still controlled by a vindictive mother so may have to wait a little longer to see them ( it has been 17 months so far) even though I had contact orders in place that allowed them to visit me overnight Wednesdays alternate weekends and half the school holidays what could have been fairer and I established a new family home nearby so they always had the choice. For my troubles I have now lost my job bankrupt to the tune of £70,000 and declared clinically depressed so feel well equipped to guide anyone away from this coruppt 'Deadly Business!'
