I have long since realised the equallity argument is dead in the water ( 12 months of "Spamming" the 'Woman's Hour' message board did that, but have come to the conclusion that the best you can hope for is the better parent ( usually the mother or father that is done down by this god forsaken Family Law system UK ,US and OZ!!

and hope that if all the right minded ones come together on this something might be done, even Jack Straw seems at long last to be getting the message, wonder how the justice ministry in OZ see it!
