This feature is to stop being notified of other users comments on the Have Your Say discussion forum only.
This will disable all comment notifications.
To begin receiving notifications again, simply make a new comment with the Notify tick ON or
to continue making comments without receiving notifications, ensure the Notify tick is OFF (unticked).
