The people of Britain reject changes without the consent of the people. The government works for and is paid a wage/salary by the people who employ the Government to do a job on our behalf. We demand that our common law be acknowledged and respected.Departments such as CSA Social Services and the family courts have destroyed the lives of too many families at the cost of too many lives. The same families that pay for your existence. We the people of Great Britain request the British Government to dismantle CSA and the family courts and start fresh.

The secret Family Courts are bias and put finance ahead of a child's best interest, whilst ignoring caring Parents. Social Services often put children into irreversible care and ignore Grandparents or other extended family member who could help when parents are in crisis.CSA Child Support disproportionally puts too many constraints on one parent more often the Father, whilst expecting that parent to provide for 2 households after separation and leaving no recourse when the alternative parent' more often the mother' withholds and alienates the child against the parent for ransom. The whole system magnifies adversarial behaviour as it is rewarding for the Legal Professionals!

Norfolk cc children' services misled courts had no contact for 10 years supposed to have lac reviews etc every six months had 3 in 10 years and the iro was a social worker for children the whole children's services been condemned by Ofsted for altering statements,and called inadequate I have been fighting for years that they stick to care order contact 6 times a year had 1 with the iro/social worker my son wanted contact but as soon as a social worker arrived it was cancelled 3 times 10 mins before cafcass said my son was looking forward to contact I been battling for years for justice don't even know how my son is he was moved not told anything I have parental responsibley I am married no photos letters anything disgusting

The law really needs to change, too many good fathers are being stopped from seeing there children just because the MOTHER CAN it is just so wrong and has just got to stop
