Hence all the valid accusations of BIAS. Must be closed down today.
FOS has to be brought down and punished severally.
Their determinations show consistent 15 years: Refuse to follow Lead of the Courts (we loaded up cases mid March) took no notice of the Bankers Code of Conduct (as suggested by bank master lawyers) and Wrongly suggested Broker is agent of the Borrower and ignored Neave 2001 Paper that said clearly: Broker is the Agent of the Banks.
48% of these cases were written by bank staff.
Everyone's Determination is utterly flawed and begs independent review immediately!
FOS has been closing files in bankers' favour for over a decade.
Now FOS MUST BE CLOSED DOWN today!
Royal Commissioner can then demand all documents be discoverable under Part 6 and Part 12 of the Privacy Act.
Go to FOS website and demand your full case file and all related documents as normal request online and quote this section: I wish to receive a copy of documents relating to my case file Number xxxxx discoverable under Part 6 and Part 12 of the Privacy Act.
