The same Social Workers who missed 50 chances with Baby P still report to courts on Family matters!
Many have questioned the rights and wrongs of putting CCTV in Family Court and my answer is a resounding YES!
In the case of particularly sensitive cases involving young children safety measures such as Child A Child B Family XYZ or Case Number 1234 could be used after all 'long after Peter Conolley was killed the press still refereed to him as 'Baby P' so who were they seeking to protect?
This is very much my point; unlike criminal court Civil or Family matters are not open to Press or Public scrutiny and we have all seen injustice in the open courts so you can imagine what goes on behind closed courtroom
So what have these so called legal professionals got to hide? Well besides their own incompetence many judges rely on spurious reports from so called court doors.
Jack Straw, as Justice Minister attempted to open courts but the Judges said NO!
Camilla Cavendish wrote an award winning article in The Times on Family Law and was one of very few Journalists invited into the otherwise secretive world of Family Court.reporters like CAFCASS who's views become binding and all to often irreversible.
