- Why aren't Australian Courts listening to Ordinary people?

Why are Australian courts not listening, ignoring and depriving ordinary people of not only their right to be heard, their right to receive due process and procedural fairness, their right to have anyone appear for them in court without being a lawyer, but more importantly their right to be successful and of course their right to receive costs?
Living, 3 dimensional people should almost invariably win in any court over Dead, 2 dimensional fictional entities, especially so when a living soul has to defend itself against being attacked by such a vicious dead corpse.
So why then is it a rarity that this happens, what is really going on? Have we always been fighting a spiritual war, the living versus the dead, but we just haven't been aware of the fact that in the legal system it has been setup that we are DEAD from the moment we were born?
Why are courts allowing corporate interests and profits to override the interests and social well being of ordinary Australians?
Why don't Magistrates Courts in particular follow case law when given it by a living being?
With the financial squeeze by corporate interests, masquerading as government and government departments, now affecting every man, woman and child through unjust traffic, transport, council, and cost of living bills, fines, penalties or taxes, whichever you prefer, how does this gigantuous problem solve itself?
