- Is the Child Support Act discriminating against people who work full-time?

A challenge is currently being raised with the Child Support Australia policy where full-time workers are being discriminated against compared with part-time workers.
Alex Griffith, a practising lawyer with some 14 years experience, is mounting the charge saying he has not come across such an inequitable application of an Act.
Having recently had his arguments dismissed without any apparent legal basis in a case appraisal conference in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal, although a decision is still pending, Mr Griffith says the only other option is a federal court challenge.
In a bid to raise the hefty Federal Court application fees Mr Griffith is reaching out to the public for financial support. A GoFundMe campaign has been setup at gf.me/u/jfwkjz.
