More problems in the banking system with warnings sounded about their lending practices. Two major banks admitted they approved home loans based on fraudulent foreign documents. Lindsay David from LF Economics gives his take.

Following is from Bank Reform Now (BRN)
Confirmation - Banks and mortgage brokers fudge loan application forms. This is not just for foreign buyers of Aussie properties - it is common in the industry for locals too. This is why we have the world's biggest housing bubble. Government policy combines with predatory banking to push up property prices and make bankers rich. When the bust comes the bankers keep the loot. The taxpayers bail-out the banks. When that fails ..... and it will - the banks will have bail-in up their sleeves. The government gave it to them on January 1 this year. We've been set up guys. The banks will steal your money.

Listen to Lindsay David from LF Economics. If you're keen ... and have the stomach for it - read their report to the White Collar Crime Inquiry - it is a beaut.

There is a solution.

It will be a miracle if people run with it before the crash but we will present it to you anyway. Bank Reform Now's three point program is big and bold. We really have to think outside the box. It would help if we could discard the social programming that has distracted and divided us. If we keep changing parties every six years or so - generation after generation we will not succeed. We have to change what we demand from whichever party is in power. We need to know what we want ..... and we must demand if from those that are supposed to represent us

One BRN FB user Michael Sanderson says:

"When, not if there is a revaluation of this country’s housing stock, it will be important not to make the same mistakes that were made in the US and Ireland.

There will be massive loss for many individuals and this loss will need to be managed to avoid those trapped losing everything, and we see the contradiction of vacant homes, and homelessness.

In my opinion this can be managed in this country by taking control of our money supply and requiring banks to maintain 100% reserves.

We need an interest free sovereign money system that supports productivity and equity, not a private money supply that supports housing bubbles, inequity for which we pay unnecessary interest."

END BRN

One question does arise from the following passage on the APH Inquiry page now an election has been called, was this done as a distraction to afford any such criminals time to safeguard themselves?

"At the dissolution of the Senate and the House of Representatives on 9 May 2016 for a general election on 2 July 2016, the parliamentary committees of the 44th Parliament ceased to exist. Therefore inquiries that were not completed have lapsed and submissions cannot be received. However, information about the inquiries is still available on this website."

As awareness grows many people ask: How widespread is this White Collar Crime and which corporations are involved in this systemic money supply fraud usurious in nature and misrepresentation to the public?

On top of the well known banks, other BIG corporate interests under question include the banks, financial ombudsman (FOS/CIO being bank agents), ASIC, Courts/AAT (public venues only for corpses), Public Debt/Collection Agencies such as the Child Support Agency, Baycorp, D&B, Veda, Utilities, Telcos, telecommunication ombudsman (TIO being telco agents), Insurance and Investment Houses, Councils, Law firms, Reserve Bank of Australia, State and Federal bodies and mainstream media outlets neither investigating nor reporting the truth.

How many more corporations can you name who are giving you little or no value in exchange for your sweat equity and or simply engage in theft of your property?

Is this the type of community we want our children raised in?

will anyone in the already corrupt political sphere have the balls, integrity, legislative jurisdiction & powers to even put a handful of these criminal a**holes in prison??? I say not, but am happy to be wrong, as it is fraud upon fraud & if one too many bricks gets pulled out,, down comes their play house, although their reasoning will state if they did XYZ it will induce economic uncertainty or some shit like that & we can't have that. But yet we can have criminal fraud running rampant destroying innocent people's lives..go figure
