Parental Rights under the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act.
When you read through this you will realise something. That the STATE is acting in the role of a GUARDIAN to an ESTATE which is in PERSONAGE.
When the State acts as a Guardian to an Estate the owner of that Estate becomes a WARD OF THE STATE. These Wards then have to go about REGISTERING their Marriage and their Children to the State through Births Deaths and Marriages.
The Federal Court ONLY HAS the ability to deal with the Divorce and the seperation of REAL and PERSONAL PROPERTY. This is the ESTATE being divided under the Guardianship of the Federal Government.
If one was NOT TO REGISTER their Marriage, Divorce, or Children to the state, one would be acting out of ESTATE as an EXECUTOR. There would be no need for the State to be Guardian of the Parents or the Children.
This is why it discusses DIVORCE OR JUDICIAL SEPARATION. Legal Processes to deal with the ESTATE IN GUARDIANSHIP that belongs to the parents but is under the Guardianship of the Federal or State Governments.
In these cases, the Children are WARDS OF THE STATE, they are registered in Births, Deaths and Marriages. They are the responsibility of the State which has an obligation to manage their affairs in the absence of any management to their Estate.
The Estate is PATRIARCHAL, the FATHER IS THE EXECUTOR, this is why under the Common Law the father gains custody of the child for any interim orders and it would be up to the Mother (or the State) to prove that the father was incompetent at his affairs in managing the Estate for the Child. The Child is a BENEFICIAL INTEREST in the Estate, one day the child INHERITS the Estate.
The MOTHER does not have the COMMERCIAL or PATRIARCHAL CAPACITY to run the Estate unless the Father passes away, is incompetent and the Child is not of Age. The Mother would then take on the capacities of Executor in the absence of a patriarchal male.
When the MOTHER REGISTERS A BIRTH CERTIFICATE, she is handing the PROOF OF LIFE to the State and INFORMING the State that the Father is an INCOMPETENT and unable to manage his affairs and that the Child requires a GUARDIAN to step in and manage its affairs UNTIL IT COMES OF AGE.
The Governments then BOND that ESTATE, give the OWNER A BAILPIECE for the Estate iN BAILMENT to a BAILIFF, ie, Births, Deaths and Marriages. The Child is then INDOCTRINATED AT STATE SCHOOLS and NEVER TAUGHT how to manage his own affairs and when he becomes of age, he is IGNORANT OF HIS ABILITY TO REMOVE THE STATE AS GUARDIAN.
Bottom line is. THE FATHER IS THE POWER. The state is merely a Guardian to those powers in the absence of a competent Executor. The Mother is a BENEFICIARY to the Estate and a MARRIAGE BY GOD and NOT the State allows the Mother and Father to act as one, she becomes a TRUSTEE to the Estate and can manage the Estates affairs.
THIS IS WHY the Fathers are KINGS OF THEIR CASTLES, the LORDS OF THEIR MANORS. They are the Executive Power in the Estate and any Child as BENEFICIARY is the responsibility of the EXECUTOR.
You can see why the STATE has a VESTED INTEREST in making the father fall. Domestic Violence for instance is all programmed at the woman and the man is left to his own while the woman gets all the support. Centrelink is the same, it is all directed at the woman. The Hospital where the child is born, the man is never mentioned during the birth. The whole entire state system IS TO KEEP YOU AS A WARD OF THE STATE so the state can BOND YOU on the markets and MAKE REVENUE OFF YOUR ESTATE HELD IN TRUST.
If you are a woman, you have a choice, play the state and be a ward with your ward children. OR STAND BY YOUR MAN and let him EXECUTE the affairs of the Estate to which all REAL AND PERSONAL PROPERTY is held and is given by INHERITANCE to the Child.
In days gone by, MEN WENT TO BATTLE to gain PRIZES or SPOILS, and brought them home. This turned into Commerce and Business. The woman, or wife would maintain the affairs at the HOUSE (Coat of Arms House) to the Estate. ie She would do the finances, balance the books, hire the staff, purchase the food, and other items. The woman had MORE CONTROL OF THE PRIVATE AFFAIRS OF ESTATE then, than you ever would have now, because you have a GUARDIAN and not your Husband as EXECUTOR.
To be a BENEFICIAL INTEREST of the Commonwealth at Common Law, you would want to be a FREE MAN and NOT A WARD.
