Australian Government on the Right of SELF DETERMINATION.
The ICCPR clearly states SELF DETERMINATION of the SELF.
Article 1 of both Covenants
The right to self-determination is contained in article 1 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR) and in article 1 of the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights.
Article 1 of both Covenants states:
1. All peoples have the right of self-determination. By virtue of that right they freely determine their political status and freely pursue their economic, social and cultural development.
2. All peoples may, for their own ends, freely dispose of their natural wealth and resources without prejudice to any obligations arising out of international economic co-operation, based upon the principle of mutual benefit, and international law. In no case may a people be deprived of its own means of subsistence.
3. The States Parties to the present Covenant, including those having responsibility for the administration of Non-Self-Governing and Trust Territories, shall promote the realization of the right of self-determination, and shall respect that right, in conformity with the provisions of the Charter of the United Nations.
ALL PEOPLES HAVE THE RIGHT OF SELF DETERMINATION.
Self determination and the Australian people
The system of Government established under the Commonwealth Constitution involves the exercise of the right to self determination by the whole Australian people. This includes
1. the adoption and amendment of that Constitution from time to time;
2. the continued existence and functions of the Australian States under the Constitution, and provision for self government of Territories,
3. provision for free and fair elections; the rule of law; and specific measures to protect human rights.
The Australian Government then turns this into their determination on their web site.
Saying that SELF DETERMINATION is GROUP DETERMINATION by way of adoption and amendment of a Constitution with the continued EXISTENCE OF THE STATE. It is the STATE that holds you in VOLUNTARY SERVITUDE to pay off the STATES DEBTS.
Now look at the ICCPR again and the Right to Freedom of Religion.
Article 18 of the ICCPR states:
1. Everyone shall have the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion. This right shall include freedom to have or to adopt a religion or belief of his choice, and freedom, either individually or in community with others and in public or private, to manifest his religion or belief in worship, observance, practice and teaching.
2. No one shall be subject to coercion which would impair his freedom to have or to adopt a religion or belief of his choice.
3. Freedom to manifest one's religion or beliefs may be subject only to such limitations as are prescribed by law and are necessary to protect public safety, order, health or morals or the fundamental rights and freedoms of others.
4. The States Parties to the present Covenant undertake to have respect for the liberty of parents and, when applicable, legal guardians to ensure the religious and moral education of their children in conformity with their own convictions.
EVERYONE HAS THE RIGHT TO FREEDOM OF THOUGHT, CONSCIENCE AND RELIGION.
The Queen is DEFENDER OF THE FAITH to which she kissed the Authorised King James Bible during coronation in 1953. Every previous Monarch went through this including Queen Victoria.
In this Bible at James 2:8-9 it clearly states.
James 2:8-9 Authorized (King James) Version (AKJV)
8 If ye fulfil the royal law according to the scripture, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself, ye do well: 9 but if ye have respect to persons, ye commit sin, and are convinced of the law as transgressors.
IF YE HAVE RESPECT TO PERSONS, YE COMMIT SIN.
THE STATE refuses your right to self-determination, it refuses your right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion by ENFORCING UPON YOU THE PERSON for the PURPOSES of its DEBT SERVITUDE.
Put simply, the STATE is refusing your rights INTERNATIONALLY and is breaking International Treaty to which it is a part of by enforcing you into SERVITUDE, PEONAGE or SLAVERY.
