Finding peace within isn't always easy.
It requires exercise and self discipline for all of us, whether it be in our personal, professional or business lives.
Peace is the way, our quiescent and natural state.
Out of alignment from this state brings stress, dis-ease and conflict.
Peace is the force within each and everyone of us that must prevail against the negative emotions that spring from fear, also within each of us.
Let us all find internal peace that will translate into external peace. This is both the lesson and test for everyone of us.
Let us keep the spirit of John Lennon's mission of peace alive within us all.
