Your Free. Whether you claim Sovereignty through Canon Law, or your Strawman through UCC, or your right as a Loyal Subject through the Constitution or your complete unalienable rights as a Free Man on the Land, what happens to services.
Everyone is free, but in history societies are what rule. Societies have banded together to rule over other men. How do you protect yourself from that. But alongside that, how do you keep services running if there is no heirachy.
This is what the Crown Parliament did. We no longer have a crown parliament. We also no longer recognise the Nation State. How do we manage, Roads & Transport, Health Services, Education, Protection, and so on.
We the People support any opening of a peoples parliament. But we need not a building for these purposes. We need the people, to stand united, and REPRESENT THE PEOPLE.
To remove the shackles of nation states and banking will make major change in the future of Australia, but also to the world. If banking changed overnight, into a value exchange, your labor is equal to anothers, what happens to all the services.
Who will build the roads, the hospitals, the railways, the electricity grids, and so on. Who will maintain them. For the greater good. Or the Common. Of ALL THE PEOPLE.
This is what a Crown provided, in a Spiritual, Judicial and Common. Without a Crown, there is a need for a REAL PEOPLES PARLIAMENT. For the purposes of overseeing the labor used to create, manage, maintain and provide these Common Services.
Are the People ready to build a PEOPLES PARLIAMENT. Are the people ready to step outside of and away from a Nation. Are the people willing to seat a parliament without infrastructure. Are the people ready to start discussing the Law of the Land, and building a real, prosperous, free Australia with free electricity, free clean flouride free water, high tech free roads, high manufacturing on shore.
Lets create a NEW CONSTITUTION. Lets write the rules of seating a parliament from the Constitution 1900 and adapt it to no prime, no monarch, no president. Lets write in a replacement that is part of the parliament itself. Higher than a speaker, to bring what a President or Prime would normally do before and into the Parliament.
Base rules need to apply for the purposes of providing services to the people. This is ALL A PARLIAMENT SHOULD BE DOING. People should be able to manage their own affairs UNTIL they have issue with other people, at which WE NEED TO BUILD A JUDICIAL SYSTEM to provide base COMMON LAW.
Regardless of which way the future falls, whether it be a Crown under a King, or a Crown under QEII, or OPPT, or SwissIndo, or OSTF, or a new Nation State, or a Sovereign Government, or whatever.
A Parliament is needed for the specific reason of managing COMMON SERVICES. This is why we have PUBLIC SERVANTS.
Why are we BE'ing instead of just "being".
Because all throughout history we have had two sides to life. The Common and the Personal. Everyone has had a Persona. A word coined from the days when men would play the roles of woman on stage and show off a persona that is not themselves, but the premise of having a commercial self has been around much longer.
You would need to look back over 2000 years before the bible to have any grasp of true freedom, and as far as histories story tells, there has never been such a thing as freedom from collective tyrranny of self under a King, Queen, President, Religion and so on. People be sheep, that tend to flock, they will even follow the ones destined for destruction.
A new paradigm requires proactive thought and action. Are you a sheep waiting for a follower. Or are you following someone that has a rein over you. A Bill of Exchange, your man value from flesh and blood equated to commerce. Your BE'ing.
If you have a BE'ing or Bill of Exchange in your name, then it is equal to your value. In this current age, your value is equated on a United Nations scale in the sum of Debt Servitude. You are worth debt value, not wealth value.
What if your Bill of Exchange, your Commercial Self became the Wealth instead of the Debt. What if the balance was changed back.
Did you know Birth Certificates have only existed since 1933 when America and its colonies went into Bankruptcy as a Nation or Corporation. Australia in the eyes of the elite, are a Bankrupt Nation, and you are the labor used to pay off that bankruptcy.
It is therefore important to know that you will always be your two selves. You need to define this. You need to know what is a Contract, and what is the Common. If you can grasp these two halves of your life, then your working self will gain wealth, and not be accountable for debt.
How long is a piece of string. Nobody can say. But eventually you will come to an end. We dont know how deep the rabbit hole goes, nor should we care, if we kept looking im sure there would be answers to be found. We have however found enough to warrant a change in the future of this land. For all people, for this nation state and this government.
We no longer want to be governed, but if nobody oversees anything society falls apart. What are you going to replace this nation with. As i have already mentioned. The common, is the services that are provided for all. And the parliament adjudicates over these services. Why we let out Parliament turn into a Government in the first place is beyond me.
So, it comes down to services. Do you want them to run. Do you have a way to keep them running. Do you have the expertise to keep them running.
What if banking changed and value replaced it. What happens to the common then.
What if everyone accessed their strawman and had endless money. What happens to the common then.
What if everyone claimed their sovereignty and was lawfully disobedient. What happens to the common then.
The common used to be overseen by a Postmaster, and the Commerce overseen by the Tax Department, and the Commerce paid for the Postmaster to manage the Common Services.
What if there was no money and just value. What if we went back to a Prescious Metals System. What happens to the Common.
These are the reasons you need a Parliament and not a Government.
Who is ready to begin a think tank, and start rewriting the rules. Who is ready to join a peoples parliament where we can create a new Common Ground. Who is serious about participating in a fair and honest Australia, without Corporate Greed, and without Debt Servitude and Banking Securities.
Only you the people can sit together and make this happen. Whos willing to put their hands up and make it happen.
Since the Knights Templar and the change of powers on the Temple Mount and the fall and rise of Rome, the Birtish Empire or Commonwealth had strived to be in its own League, a League of Nations. This is not how the future rolled out for the British, and we now fall under a Rothschild and Jesuit led United Nations.
British Law has a history through Alfred the Great whom started the Common systems, through Edward the Confessor and into King Arthur folklore.
In Law in a court, it is quite valid to quote our history of law from Alfred the Great, Liberties of the Forest, Charter of Liberties, Magna Carta, Habeus Corpus, Petition of Rights, Bill of Rights, Island Treaties and our Australian Constitution.
The Nation State then sidestepped into the realm of Commercial Maritime, and set our lives into the Holy See. In doing this, it pushed on us an old Roman theology of Civil Order, our Police carry plastic shields the same as Romans carried in metal.
So how do we as a People define a new time, a new era, and a theology to live by. How do we define a base set of man made law that everyone can agree on, removing the shackles of a slavery system, removing the shackles of a crown or kingdoms, and becoming Free Men in a Society.
I make suggestion of a new document, to incorporate all documents before it for this land. A document that can be put to the people, and a document people can sign allegiance to as public servents to provide for the common good of the people.
I would envisage this document being called the "Treaty of Freedom". Much like a Magna Carta or Bill of RIghts, or Human Rights, but all encompassing.
