My brother is going through a rocky court battle in family court in regards to his daughter custody, the case was finalised back in 2011, the judge award the mother full custody of my niece and my brother only gets 3 days a forth night to see hi daughter, and yet even with court order that state my brothers legal rights for access, the ex wife still preventing it to happened, she completely stop my brother's access. So were back in court again, to fight this battle again for the sake of my niece life and mental development, because the mother is physically a bussing the child, tortured her and causing trauma to the child, having said that my brother ex turn the table around and filed a dvo againts my brother telling the court that my brother is "constantly and excessively physically and sexually a bussing" his daughter, which defers a big question how can that happened when my brother don't see my niece??? And yet the court has realese a temporary protection order againts my brother, without any physical evidence presented in court??? What kind of legal system does this country of Australia have, always the fathers are portrayed as the perpetrator and the women were always the victim.... This is not the case most of the time, this judges need to wake up and see what the real thrush is, don't get carried away to show sympathy to women who use their children or there tears to get what they want... Wake up Australia,

yes refer to them as judge, never justice, for its never about justice. justice in the minds of many is a misconceived concept. settling debts is what it is about and somebody always has to pay.

I could not agree more! It's time the courts started to listen to Fathers, before believing everything their ex-partners/wives say about them. Malicious Mothers Syndrome is poisoning healthy bonds between fathers and their children.
It's time these women were brought to justice!
