What does disparity on planet Earth mean?
Well, one example of things being unequal may well be the queen's gold carriage weighing in at 4 tonnes worth they say about $370 billion dollars on today's gold prices.
Although, our calculations based on $43,840.11/kg gave us a gold price of $175,282,000.12 unless they are referring to real gold, unlike the gold people think they are buying.
Anyway, whatever the price, it shows a difference in values between one person (royal) who has plenty to eat and in no fear of starving, to that of many children, women and men around the world dying of malnutrition every day.
Could we not melt down the coach and build some infrastructure so these poor people can have a chance of growing crops and eating, and build homes and communities, and be free of diseases so they can really start to get a sense of living?
I'm sure the City of London can afford it and I'm sure they want what's fair and just for all their subjects, don't they?
Do you think a petition would do any good or should I ring Liz direct?
Bit of a joke for some I know, but tell that to those who are needlessly dying and get slaughtered for fun and money, and to the rest of us who think it's a bloody disgrace and fine example of disparity.
What I really want to know is, what's wrong with all of us for allowing this to happen?
